Ruth Ann joined the MiKTMC team in 2019 and has since become an indispensable member. She is a proud alumna of Western Michigan University, where she earned an MBA with concentrations in Computer Information Systems and Change Management. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University.

She boasts a diverse professional background, with some of her major feats being her work as a donor and community development strategist across 23 emerging economies in Central America, Africa, and Asia. Her experience in higher education also shines through in her initiatives aimed at improving college students' success and retention rates.

Within MiKTMC, Ruth Ann adeptly oversees daily administrative operations and participates in the strategic planning of both the center and the wider Division of Nephrology.

Away from her organizational responsibilities, Ruth Ann has a zest for life that sees her immersing herself in a variety of passions. She enjoys non-fiction literature, writing, entrepreneurship, and volunteering in her community. She's fond of traveling and participates in sports like volleyball and pickleball. Above all, she values spending quality time with her family.
