Associate Research Scientist | Co-Director, Bioinformatics and Computational Biology
Sean comes to the team with extensive academic and industry experience and a strong track record of genomic biomarker discovery and target validation. His current efforts are focused on understanding molecular mechanisms of human glomerular diseases using a variety of bioinformatics and computational approaches with a goal of identifying mechanistic noninvasive biomarkers linked to intrarenal pathway activation. Mechanistic noninvasive biomarkers may then be used to monitor intrarenal pathway activation in patients with an eye towards precision nephrology.
